At KS Photography, we are committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up with less than 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of your payment, and the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation, late, or no-show fee.

Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a 100% refund under the following conditions:

You cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment
You are not satisfied with the final results of your photos
KS Photography cancels your appointment for any reason

Refund Exceptions

No full refund will be provided for:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session (only a 50% refund applies)
No-shows
